  • RS decals ricey?

I'm thinking about putting RS decals from Fourth Circle Designs on my car. It's a '98 Camaro. Now, I know the RS designation went away after '97, only to come back as an SLP package in 2001. Question is, would RS decals on a '98 be considered rice?

    i wouldnt call it rice.

but if you dont have the rs package (ie ground effects, y87) then its posing.

and posing is worse than ricing.

          unnessesary decals miss-identifying your make/model = rice

some people have the RS decals on their cars. are you calling them ricey?
it really depends on your theme. if you are a ricer at heart, the more you do to your car, the more it will show.

i just ate some rice, im feeling a little ricey.

                  rice (to me) is:
incomplete body kits that flap in the wind
chrome 3+ inch exhaust tips on chrome mufflers beyond bumpers they extend
                  hyper whites
                  altezza lights
                  generic aftermarket spoilers
                  "powered by _______" stickers
race springs on shot stock shocks (i do this on all my beater cars)

They have RS decals because they are RS cars, so no they are not ricey because they are not fronting as false RS cars.

Don't you think thats a little below the belt?

Besides, my Camaro Type-R will ruin your Firebird Type-R.

I say, if you have gfx then adding a rs badge is fine

I look at it the same way as wolf. If you complete the whole look(ground effects,3 piece spoiler) then putting the RS badges should be fine. Now just putting the badges on alone is kinda rice.

If its not an RS, dont badge it as one. Just my .02
