  • T-Tops weight.

    Are they heavier than hard tops? I know rag tops are heavier. Anybody know?

          The tops don't weigh more than 10 lbs each. To compare the weight of a T-top car to a hardtop, you're talking about 2 tops Vs. a fiberglass hardtop piece weighing about 5 pounds plus two metal side bars which weight maybe around 5lbs apiece.

          I'd to as far as to say the difference should be LESS than 10 lbs. It's rediculously close, that's for sure.

            i dont know, just found out, both tops weigh 25 lbs together. Add the bulkier T-Bar in. I think it could come out close to 10lbs

              Bulkier T bar? If you're talking about the center bar, that's definitely the same. Otherwise I wouldn't have been able to convert from my hardtop to Ttop.
