Re: Blue bowtie billet grill?
Here you go man. Read this thread. Someone asked almost the same thing and I explained it. but you have to buy the emblem seperate and put them together. Also how long have you been in NM? I am from Los Lunas.

Re: Blue bowtie billet grill?
oh yea, heres a question about the lights: Did you mount them to the top, bottom, or side of the "hole"? (I've had some driving lamps in my garage for aboud 6 months now)

How'd you drill the holes? Did you have to take off the bumper? Cuz there isn't much room for a drill inside the grille.

Nope I did not take off my bumper. I marked where I wanted the brackets, took a long drill bit, and just drilled them. Once you put the bolts in just make sure everything is tight and put the billet grille over them. Some people notice the lights in the daylight and some just look it over.
Actually now that I have done it with a normal drill... you could probably use a dremel with a drill bit for starter holes then make the holes bigger. You might try this first. And since the bumper hides the holes, if you dont like how it turns out, no one would ever know the holes where there.

Re: Blue bowtie billet grill?
I've always been a big fan of billet grills, and have them on almost all of my cars accept for my '97 Firebird because of obvious reasons...........
Does anyone know of a company that makes a bumper for the '97 Firebird where you could install a grill? Or do you think the bumper of a '97 Camaro would fit it since other than a few body curves they are rather identical?
Good looking appearance mod with the blue logo, billet grill, and the fog lights behind the grill. It makes for a clean and sexy look.
