As some of you know, my other firebird (95 V6 3.4L automatic) got totaled in a crash and I got another one. A 2000 Firebird with a 5-speed manual transmission and only 90K on it. I'm very happy with this car. I must admit, at first i was kinda doubtful about the color but once I washed it with some Rain-X car wash and wax, i couldnt be happier with how it turned out! Lemme know what you think!
I paid $5000 for it. The guy was asking $6000 for it but I talked him down. We went down to my mom's mechanic and he checked it all out and OK'd it. I'm really happy with this car.....

Firebird fr3ak, i love the hood on your car and also those halo foglights!!! How did you go about gettin' those? Maybe I can make that one of my xmas gifts.......
Now, all you need is two 8-inch black racing stripes down the center of the car. And a ram air hood. Then you will be looking extra sweet, though it already looks pretty darn good. I never realized how good pewter looked, I am going to be getting a new paint job sometime in the near future once I get it back on the road because the white is looking ugly now that the clear coat is gone in most places on the car.
I was thinking about going burnt orange as all my other vehicles have been like my bagged truck, and my fast little ricer wannabe Neon I used to have :P I love burnt orange, it just stands out no matter where you go.
Also, I'm not understanding exactly what everyone means by de-mold and de-badge the car. Is there a writeup on this explaining it in detail as to what you are doing when you perform this? Or could someone explain to me what it is, please?

Right now i'm enjoyin' the newness of the car, just having a newer car makes me happy and since christmas is coming, i have a nice christmas list for my family and girlfriend. I can't really buy anything right now for the car because I'm going to Sweden for christmas so i need to save up to pay my bills for that month and to have some spending money also. Here's my xmas list:
*Keyless entry and alarm system
*Flowmasters w/quad tips
*K&N Cold Air Intake
*Get my windows tinted
Thats my list for now, the stripes i wanna get but i have to get the ram air hood first. Thanks for all your suggestions and comments!
