Sorry I cant do just one. I have to do both. They work together so well. But overall lower it!

I agree with above, but i picked lower it, cuz that also helps in the handling department too. Although one of the sexiest F-Bodies i've ever seen was a red SS with no ground effects.. but it had been lowered by at least 2 inches.

man mine is stock height and no body kit and i still scrape in some places that arent steep at all. If I lowered and put a body kit i dont think i could go over a speed bump with out hitting it

i like my rs kit. I wish I could lower it but around here I would have no front end. I think around here owning an fbody and lowering it isn't practical if it is a daily driver. Parking garages ftl.

Lower it for sure to rid rid of the 4x4 wheel gap look. But I also went for both on mine :)

Personally I'm not crazy about any of the body kits out there they seem to break the sleek lines of the car. Though I think eventually I may add a rear valance to my car just because of how damn high the rear bumper is off the ground.

mine is lowered with 1 1/2" eibach lowering springs and it rides PLENTY low that i cant put ground effects on there and have them stay for very long.
