i think that guy only puts those covers on to go to shows. i am pretty sure its illegal

Yea, I would assume its just like removing your headlights. Fine as long as it isn't dark or bad weather. I like the stripes on the car.

same idea as pop up headlights, clearly they would be illegal at night. i just think it looks a little funny.
