I had that same antenna but I accidental broke off the top part with my orbital buffer. Be careful when washing your car with that antenna because the top piece is pretty weak.
can you get at that dent? or is it past the spare tire? get a hammer and go to town. no lie, if you be careful it can look better untill it gets pulled.
