for the inside of the wheels i just used a bucket of hot water with TSP, and a scrub brush. It actually came off surprisingly well, not a whole lot of work involved :)
what paint did you use i got my 20's on and the calipers look rough that would deff clean it up
I used red engine paint from carquest, about 5-6 coats, just keep them light and it will turn out better. I think calipers would really show thru those wheels and you should do it!
