bulbs for the halo itself? i just used the ones that it came with at first, but they look purpleish at night, so i just dont have my halo wired in at all. haha. ive heard you can get in there to replace the LED, but i dont have the time/dont care that much.

Ok, cool. Do you know what brand the bulbs are? The ones that are in mine are Phillips. I'm actually looking for purple or bluish tinted bulbs, so if you have Phillips, I might be in luck.

sorry to hijack.....but where do all u guys buy your halo headlights...im prob ordering them tomorrow with a set of clear corners....are the ebay ones ok??

^ Hawks. Anyway, I'm going to put these in this week. I hooked one up to look at it. I looked at the halo headlight compared to the stock headlight with both on. The Phillips bulbs are not as bright as the Silvanias that I have in the stock headlamp. So for now, I'll switch the bulbs. Eventually, though, I will still want something brighter or perhaps with a hint of color to it (if I can have both). I'm thinking the new Silvania bulbs that just came out, might work out.

oh and halos look great wen u just have the halo part on i hooked up mine thru the parking brakes but since my car has automatic headlights u cant turn off you can always see them but i disabled them and im happy i can turn them on or off

Homedog, I forgot all about the running light connection making the halos stay on all the time... how did you get around that?

hooked mine up to my drl's. but i also disabled my drl's.

i hooked mine up to a switch. and i put sylvias in mine instead of what came in them. VV see
