            i'm wanting to get rid of these and get the ones with the black housing. while we are discussing this....does the same type of bulb go in both opening in the corners. i just got the one in there towards the front

                No the one towards the front is the turnsignal bulb, so it's one of those big ones, but the one closer to the wheel is a 194, it's a marker light and stays on when you put your lights on. They sell amber 194s.
