    how do u do it on a 99 i know there are two clips on the left and right side

    If your not going to keep it then pull the left and right side off. Then there will be I belive 4 clips, two top two bottom, just reach in with something to cut them off. Then it will pull right off. If your trying to salvage it, I guess try and squeeze the center clips from the back and push them through the front.

        be careful with the front air dam because it will flex a lot but don't push it because too much and you'll be asking how to remove the front fascia.

              the correct way however, involves removing the whole front bumper, of course few actually do this.

                easiest way is to get the bottom out...and then use a falt head screw driver to pry the top peices out bc they are harder to get out than the bottom...thats what i did
