Well both of my fog lights have been murdered by flying rocks in the past week... I've been looking into billet grills but I'd like to explore all my options and maybe get something with a little more protection for the lights... I had the Street Scene Grill Inserts in my Ram and I loved them... specially when they're powdercoated black... so my question is, has anyone seen a LT1 Camaro with the Street Scene Grill insert?... I've only been able to find LS1's pictured like this one... I've seen some cheap knock offs on the LT1's on Ebay...

Now you might be wondering why I mentioned the whistler mod in the title if I have a 93-97... well I'm experimenting with making my own custom taillights which requires me taking apart the housings... and so far I have some very messed up/warped euro taillights after cooking them in the oven like you're supposed to do with the headlights... which is all good cause I was just using them to test anyway... anyone have any advice on how to seperate the housings from the lens without warping the plastic lens?... how did those of you who did the whistler mod keep y'alls headlights from deforming...?

try a lower temp. when i did my whistler mod, i followed everything to a T except i did a lower temp. turn out fine and the lens came off easily.

Yeah I've seen the RKSport grill and yeah it's pretty dang expensive for a piece of aluminum mesh... I'd rather go with the Street Scene... it's nicer and cheaper... anyway... I sent Street Scene an email and they'll supposedly reply back in the next 48 hours... I'll let y'all know how everything goes... thanks for the help guys...
