Re: new look for the green machine

For a second I thought you had the "before and after" mixed because I saw the stock tail lights.............and didn't think you would go blackout to stock,as in put the blackouts back on. As far as the white wheels and white decal......I think it is going down a interesting path. Maybe some kind of white decal stripes of some sort? Either way I think white/green is a cool combo. If you don't like that then do gold/green.

yeah when i get my car painted i plan on getting more badges and planned on going white because i saw a blue annversary firebird with white decals and white stock wheels like the 1's on my car thats where i got the white wheel idea and the blackouts i just got tired of them real quick plus u cant see the lights very well and didnt like not being able to have reverse lights either so i sold'em i want to try and get either lt1 tails or honeycomb's just depends on what i do with the wheels mainly

That was the point of painting them white....to change from stock silver:slap:

I like the wheels, looks like you did a good job.

I think I would try to paint the wheels "Anthracite" . It's similar to a black-chrome, "pearl-y" gun metal.

People down play spray paint, it isn't so "cheap". You can make a spray paint job look like a regular paint job and a regular paint job look like "spray paint". It is all a matter of prep.

Anyways I still say stick with the white, you will stick out, especially if you go to any F-body shows. I see your point about the blackouts......but yeah honeycombs would be a great improvement. That is what I plan on doing sometime.
