i wonder if it would be possible to adapt c6 corvette handles to f-bodys...any thoughts?

Anything is possible with enough money. I don't know what else to tell you because this wouldn't be anywhere remotely close to cheap.
You would need to get the handle along with all the electronics out of a new car. You would have to pay dealer prices for the stuff which I'm sure is going to be crazy. Then you need to do body work on the outside of the door, modify the interior door panel, and do god knows what to mount everything inside the door. The work would be expensive at a knowledgable shop, but if you are good at fabrication you could save a lot there.
It would be very cool to see, but it just isn't pratical.
