Re: Firebird 5th Gen Front Ends.
You have to keep in mind that wikipedia information is posted by people like you & me.
Like rt1 said, you need to correct those people so they know the right information.
Once again, another example of how I & another previous poster said there would be SEVERAL generations if we based it on a little different exterior changes & engine is the 2nd gens again...
1970 Firebird (2nd generation)
1977 Trans Am (2nd generation)
1981 Firebird Formula 2nd generation)
Once again I hope I am not coming off rude, just trying to make sure you know that they are 4th generations and to hopefully spread this correct knowledge. Also I hope we answered your original question at the beginning of the thread. Just incase you didn't know, you can swap a 1998-2002 Trans Am bumper onto your car if you like. It is possible to swap a 1998-2002 Firebird or Trans Am parts onto the 1993-1997 you just have to swap the hood/fenders along with it. Anyways good luck.
