I have a 2000 firebird with the "looks package" (body kit and chrome rims). and i painted my brake calipers red. and it made the car look alot better. Gave it more of a "performance" look. Big improvement. So i guess im just posting this so if someone was just looking for another "mod", painting your brake calipers is a very good one for looks. and is not very hard at all.

High temp paint. Some places even sell a specific spray paint for brake calipers. Make sure you clean the calipers real well before you paint.

Mine are red, but this summer i think im going to polish or do silver and black.

Oem's are doing it as well. My '06 GXP came with red calipers.

I painted mine sort of a mixture of brown and gray.

make sure u use a brush that u would use to clean off ur grill...gets everythin off then use cab cleaner to get all the dust off and paint away
