I was looking at them the other day along with the forum posted on the LS1 forums about the VHT Niteshade paint on the taillights. I was thinking about doing it but im really scared about getting pulled over and giving the cop a reason to give me a ticket. I live in the middle of VA and the cops are really strict but I really was wondering if i could get away with these and maybe if i did the niteshade on the tailslights but i put a small coat on rather than thick one... heres the link for the VHT Niteshade taillights http://www.ls1tech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=447719
If anyone has any idea on how strict cops are about this think ya can let me know? I have a red firebird dont know how harsh they will be on it...
Why do it with the clears, Just do it with the stockers
Well the clears are cheaper than the normal blacked out lenses right?
Its quite simple to do but you wouldnt do it with any other color than clear because if you did it with the red side makers, which I think is what comes on a firebird or if you wanted to do it with the signals on a camaro(yellow), they would just come out as dark red or dark yellow.

No.
I guarentee you the stockers are cheaper, they come with the car ;)
VHT Niteshades doesn't really work like you're assuming it does.
