I'd like to know how they get a time of 4 hours max!?!? Im somewhat mechanically inclined, but even a novice could get this done in less time than that. I had my old bumper cover off, changed out the marker lights into the new cover and had it installed in roughly 1 1/2 hr. This is probably one of the easiest mods you can do. Just my $.02.
