Opinions? Anybody think it's too much black? Too busy looking? Look allright? I kinda like it, but I haven't clear coated it yet either. It'll look better when it's done too.

Lemme know what ya think about it.

I really do like it. Needs some kind of inserts though IMO. i don't know how orange would look, but i have no idea what other color you could go with. I'd have to see orange inserts to decide if i like it.

    love your wheels :)

Yeah, I was thinkin inserts would help. I just don't wanna buy any. Lol. And I really don't want to take the time to paint them in. Thanks for the compliments on the wheels.

No thanks for the non-compliments on the wheels. Lol. I appreciate the opinion on the panel though. I might go ahead and finish it up, clear coat it, and keep it.

well i meant that when you asked if it was too much black...thats the only part i see that over-does it on the black, just in my opinion tho, clearly others really like your rims.

I think if you took the stripes off the rear deck it would look better. ATM its a little cluttered.

i think you should get orange inserts to match and them black out the tail lights, third brake light, and all four corners

Hey, I got nothing against black, lol, my car is black! One of the options i considered when i started modding mine was a black billet grill, gunmetal wheels, dark tint, black outs all around and smoked headlight covers.
I still don't think that would look bad at all, I just think the accent color shouldn't overtake base color. Like on mine, if i started chroming things, at one point it would just be too much.

If his car was black, it'd be a different story..Black is by far the best car color no matter what anyone says, great for accents on just about any color too, just shouldn't be overdone ;)

on another note, no, i don't remember seeing your car, do you have a cardomain?

Well, I've already got my stock piece in Hugger Orange wiiiith black inserts. I was just trying something different. And thank you very much for the compliments on my car.

Lol, I was just jokin around. I can't find the smilies anymore, or I woulda put one of em in. Sorry if it came off sounding different. I do appreciate the input though.

I know the flat usually looks better on most cars when it's done. I completely agree with you, but my stripes are gloss and cleared over. I just dunno if flat black would look very good right next to the gloss black.

Again, thanks for the compliments on the car. I like the all blacked out look that some cars get away with.

Seriously guys, I appreciate the input that everybody is offering. Positive and negative alike. I'm working on painting in the inserts right now. I just don't know if I'm gonna be able to get it right. I can paint decent, but I hate taping things off. Hopefully I'll have an updated picture or two tomorrow some time.
