Ok, so that kid that had the sick Firebird with the stripes, Fad2blk, his stripes were custom. So my question now is, does anyone know where you can have custom decals made?

look up on the internet for a decal shop around you. they are everywhere. even look for custom sign shops or the shops that put decals for bus. trucks. they will all most likely make custom side work

When you're driving around town, look for the shop with the green lamp over it. Those are the apperance shops and if you've unlocked them; they'll do custom vinyls for you.
