Maybe you have an older tire that didn't have the rwl? I wouldn't make this stuff up.

I did it couple years ago...I did it with yellow though..I think red also, and white..all at different times...check my sig pics are in there..I agree nothing bigger than 16" rim...wouldn't do it to my 18" either way I loved the way it looked...they sell the paint pens at most autoparts stores...I've tried ALL of them they all last the same amount of time...if you do it..theres a tire shine out there that lasts for a couple months..basically because it's a clearcoat..but very shiny...paint the tires first then apply the 'semi-permanent' tire shine...it'll last a while.
