I dont think so, as far as I can tell they are trying to say that that hood came with the SS package. Meaning when you buy a SS Camaro that was part of the package that comes on it.

makes me feel sooo much better knowing how much i paid for mine. granted its an early 4th gen and the front right 1/3 of the hood was cracked almost all the way through. being a paint and body tech has its benefits. hood was free and its an original gm :)
