Tried Oxi-Clean first, and while it did take off the big chunks, it wasn't working very well. However, it did shine up the rims nicely :D So, I ran to the store and got some steelwool/brillo pads. Did it just like 95firebird3.4 said, and that's the end result so far. And, as far as I can tell, not scratches. It only took 2 1/2 hrs to do that much :P Then I got an idea, why not mix the two? It came out even better, and the chrome's shiny. Still got more work to do, but they look 100x better IMO. Now I gotta get some nice Polish on them (Mother's Chrome polish) to keep 'em looking good :D
