Looks like maybe it needs more clear coat, and a lot of wet sanding / buffing to get some shine out of it.

No your right, I've got it scuffed down right now waiting for clear that pic it doesnt have any just the paint that I used makes it look shiny and I'm masking off some stripes for the hood similar to ss stripes.
