i used vht on my tailights and took the blackouts off...i took the pic with my phone so yeah the quality sucks...but its better then nothing! better then stock?

can't really tell but i can imagine it looks better than stock. I like the center panel to be blacked out along w/the tailights, but I see why you have the decals there. Looks good, take better pics!

just not really crazy bout the brightness of the lights with them on...and i like the fact that there just dark red instead of truely black, makes them look more like ole school trans am tailights

get some better pics up if possible. I think it looks better than stock, but i like the blackout look. makes sense you would want more light output though.

much better. Looks nice! :tup: probably works better too. I say do an LED conversion with sequential blinkers and niteshade them to black black, but looks good now too ;)

umm no its not too dark...i only used a 1/4 of a can on these lights...in person there dark red and when the sun shines on them there red plus they shine through way better then the covers... the finish isnt dull either its just the camera i used a butt load of clear on them and there smooth as silk and shiny when clean.
