i went to get it and guy starts arguing with me, i got in his face, why should my car sit in his gate for the holiday weekend when i should be driving it, long story short, cops called, not allowed to go back, cars in my driveway, mom has to bring it back, plus i payed the 1500.
That sucks man, but I know exactly how you feel. I have picked up my car from the shop about 5 times and there is always something else wrong with the work they did. Then they make appointments for me to bring it back to fix it and there is always a problem with scheduling so they change the date :bs: I was actually supposed to bring the car back to them 2 weeks ago and now they are saying they should be able to fit me in next Friday, and the bad part is I have spent around $5500.00 with them. I guess they dont care about repeat business at all..... F'n as$holes. Hope it works out for ya.
ide be sueing that place...thats bull, customers shouldnt be treated that way no matter what kinda place it is. contact better busines bureu and complain to them, and get a lawyer
This happened with me at a local hole in the **** wall place around my way. I was trying to get a spoiler painted for my previous car so it would match. I drop it off on a Wed. the guy says "yea Ill have the paint delivered today and it'll be done tomorrow, come back in the morning." I come back, they dont have the paint yet, give me bull that the paint code isn't real?? They make me wait a hour to have a dude come scan my car for the color, and tell me to come back tomorrow. I come back Friday, its still not done...they were busy, BUT they got the paint. He said "Oh my bad, tomorrow Ill have it for sure, Ill be here at 8am on the dot with it done" I come back around 8 in the morning Sat. and noones there except some punk kid that works for them. I'm telling him about my troubles and hes like..uh I dont think we painted it yet. So I leave and go over like a hour later and let me tell you the scene wasnt pretty, but noone died, lol.
maaco screwed with me when i had my 87 gta painted...had a 1 year warranty, bout 8-9 months after it was painted it was starting to chip so i toldem about it they said "will call when we can have u come in and have it fixed" never called...tried again said the same exact thing as b4...they purposely waited till the warranty was out so they wouldnt have to mess with it... but yeah thats discrimination when they say theres more important things else to do...ide be sueing for sure.
