Before I bought mine I went to American Sunroof who is an OEM company and does work on existing cars. I was told the Camaro is NOT a candidate for a sunroof as the strength of the car is in the roof and there are structural things that prevent it. That is why I got a T-Top...however I rarely take the top off....though I live in Florida.
Putting in a sunroof would require you to remove the T-bar which is present in all hardtop and T-top cars. This would severely decrease your chassis rigidity and thus adversely affect your handling. I might even go so far as to say removing the T-bar would make the car unsafe.
