custome firebird headlights

i just picked up a 87 bird, it doesn't have headlights (no lights, motors, or assembly)

I just found out how much new ones are and this is a budget project so **** that...

Any ideas on how to rig up some headlights? I was thinking about mounting some of these permantely in the up position postion

and then making some sort of fiberglass? enclosure to blend in with the hood...

any other ideas on how I could put lights on this thing for cheap are appreciated, not exteremly concerned about looks just need headlights with brights as well

are you planning on using duct tape??? because that seems to be within your budget based on the link you posted......seriously, budget car or not....you need not buy new headlihg assm. go to a junk yard (preferably close to a trailer park) you'll find tons of mid 80's f-body parts.

I bought an STS headlight(05) and thought I could adapt it to my Bird.
Turns out both projectors are one piece.
Want to try it for your application?
Ive got $50 in it.
