  • **Update** Grill on Camaro

I went ahead and ordered the grill with confidence. It arrived later than expected, but that's alright, I'm patient.

It still needs a little adjustment, I want it to sit around the bottom line of the insert. As you see I threw on the plate with zip ties (thanks everyone for that idea ). With more time on it, I should be able to have it sit correctly, by then I will have high quality photos.

    Here's another:

    What do you guys think?

I dont think it looks very good.

    but hey, its your car

I think you should get the license plate bracket made for the camaro, then trim behind it so the grill will fit behind the bracket

^ yea i agree. The zip ties kinda make it look cheap, but it sucks having a front license plate.

it doesn't look like it fits in there correctly... it could need adjusting, but I think it looks flat and has no curves to match the front.

Ditch the plate or get a bracket for it and mount it on the side..

I know, it's like I need some spacers so it sits upfront, I will take the afternoon to tweak it around.

Sorry for not introducing the fact that I did have a bracket for the license plate, but I like the billet look. As for the plate, it's the law and 25 dollars is a lot to some people .

With this grill, it should set my Camaro off from the regular crowd with the factory bracket. For future photos, I'll just cut off the zip ties, I only had it on because I took the photos just before I left for work and that's about 15 minutes away in the city.

I've gotten tickets before when I had a Eagle Talon with no front plate, so I know I can't just get away with it. I know some people can, I don't like to run the risk.
