ive been bored all summer, so i started trying to make my car look a bit less stock.. really all i had done before was the billet grill, the 3800 decals, and an antenna off an s2000.

i just scored a new taillight panel off someone local who wrecked their car, so i painted it "ultra flat" black, and love it. now im just trying to decide if i want to fill the letters in with chrome, orange, or leave them black.

i also got my hood painted. unfortunately the DB who mixed the paint made it too red, and refused to re-mix it... so now im stuck trying to figure out how to blend it into the front bumper. its perfect with the rest of the car, but the front bumper is much more orange.

(it doesnt stand out too much when there isnt light shining directly on it..)

now im just waiting on some rims to get here!

        Re: teaser

not diggin the hood... but I love the color of your car and the rear end looks great! Either don't fill in the letters or do it the same color as the car.

not likin the hood, and don't like the black tail light panel paint ti the color of car and get carbon fiber filler for the letters, and don't pay upfront for paint or body work, that way u pay for what u like

              Re: teaser

i still have the stock tal light panel. i really like the black one though.

i didnt pay up front, the guy dropped a lot off the price of painting the hood, he was going to fix it for me, but i didnt have the time to leave it there for a few more days. he did a great job, the problem was with the guy at the paint shop.

                  thanks!

im not sure what i want to do with the fill ins. right now im debating the stainless steel, SOM, or gunmetal (to match the rims and maybe some gunmetal blackbird stripes)

                  opinions?

I think it looks overall good.
                    chrome out the letters.

and try to blend in the hood or bumper.

fill ins and also make sure to get some hood pins unless you want your hood to fly up.

yeah, i had gotten some hood pins, but they didnt work on fiberglass hoods, so i have to go get another set.
