Access them from under the car, under the bumper there should be little plastic flaps that come down after removing a bolt, then you can reach up in there and

If i remember correctly there are 2 or 3 small bolts holding it in place, remove those then disconnect the bulbs and jimmy them out.

but if you have the 98+ model its easier to take out the headlight to gain access to them

yes this is true, one 10mm bolt holds the headlight in, much easier to do it this way from the top

Yup. If its your first time taking the headlight out it might take you a while to get it but the 2nd one should take but like 15 minutes in and out. Simple really.
