  • Zaino bros.

I'm thinking of buying Z2 and Z5. I can't afford the whole package right now which is $85 bucks.

So do you guys think this is good enough?

ya, should be fine....I recommend the Z-CS as well, tried it for the first time a couple weeks ago and it is great....the only other thing I recommend is Z-PC, depending on how bad your paint is....it is the BEST rubbing compound/swirl mark remover I have EVER used.

YEah, I have a black firebirds. I thought the Z5 would do the job for swirls and imperfection and the Z2 for polishing it?

So if I could buy only two things like for removing swirls and minor scratches and for giving it a showroom shine which ones would it be?

I'm honestly not that firmilar with the zaino line so I can't comment on their products, but are you applying your polishes by hand or machine? If you are doing it by hand you probably won't be able to take out your swirls. So you may want to go with a sealant/wax that has fillers in it to mask some of the swirls.

^^ agreed. But if you wanna save yourself some time in the future...or have your shine last longer pick up a bottle of Z-CS...they say it'll last 9 months.

              Re: Zaino bros.

I only do hand polishing. I would never use a buffer machine. That's what gave my car the swirls.

OK so Zcs for polishing and Z5 for the swirls.

              Thanks

                Re: Zaino bros.

I would just go with the Z-2 and z-6 (spray for after z2 application) for the polish and z5 for swirls. Maybe the z7 wash to make sure you dont wash the polish off.

no Z-SC for final coat...it gets lightly rubbed on...doesn't create any real gloss, that gets done with Z-2/Z-5 all the Z-CS does is make the paint even smoother + it lasts (according to zaino) up to 9 months..which was the selling point for me....technically if you are religious about applying Z-CS you'd almost never have to re-apply Z-2/Z-5 since it would lock the shine in.
