i planned on buying a set of the black replica z06 rims with rivets....heres my question
they are all 17 x 9.5 with an offset of 56mm would i have a problem if i got 245 45 17s in the front and 275 40 17s in the back...will it bulge out the sides or will it be a perfect fit...also are the bolt patterns the same
245s would look terrible on 9.5" rims. I'd just go with 275s all around, or something bigger in the back if you want the backs to be wider. 245 is a good size for 8" rims, 9" is good for 275s
Ive got the black Z06 wheels on my car and i think they look kick azz. They are 17x9.5 with 54mm offset...the tires are 255/45/17 all four corners. Take a look at my pics on cardomain and decide if the wheel and tire combo is something you'd like. http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2489691

I did think about it, but I didnt think theyd look too good on a black car with the gold stripe. I went with these because the polished lip and rivets would be just enough flash to get the wheels noticed.
thanks for all the input...its really helped alot...this deployment has given me more reason to keep my car i pay it off in march so more money in my pocket...
i figured id go with black rims because my bird is pewter...i think it would look good
