My chrome y2ks look like ****. The chrome is flaking off. I want to get some new wheels but I don't want chrome. I was thinking about trying to find some of the gray 10 spoke ss wheels. Anyone know where I can buy them? What wheels do you all think would look best on my car. It is monterrey maroon metallic.
you can get them from any dealer for $500-$700 no freight, there is a part no. in the back of the performance parts catalog it is for all four wheels center caps and lug nuts and covers
as pictured 12498899
gray ten spokes 12498900
i think i paid $550 out the door for the set
if you still like the style of yours, get them powdercoated... i think it would look badass!
the 35th edition SS wheels would look nice... hard to find good deals on them though (dont know what youre willing to spend)
i just picked up a set of the 10 spokes that someone had powdercoated gunmetal, i think they look amazing.
its a crappy picture, but you get the idea

Sand and salt eat up the aluminum if it get under the clear coat, usually gets in there if there is a scratch. My buddys rims corroded because of that.
Haven’t done anything on the Camaro, but put LEDs on my truck headlights . And my oil pressure sensor went out on the truck so going to fix that this...
