Nothing is really on the hoses, every once in a while i spray some meguiars #40 on it. Give a matte finish with zero slime. Alternator is stock, i sanded and polished it.1997 Camaro LS1 RS

cool, what is involved in sanding and polishing the alt? can it be done with just a dremel? and where do you get colored wire loom?

Meaty: You can use a dremel to get the rough casting off. once you do that just start out at like 100 and work your way up to 2000 and polish. I got the wireloom from summitt. was like 20bucks for a big bundle1997 Camaro LS1 RS

Where are you all finding the chrome radiator shrouds.
