how much am i looking for pricewise if i wanted a new paint job...same color just i guess a touch up to get rid of all the chips and scratches and what not

many places will vary... but I'd say around 2k. I know maaco quoted someone on the site about 1700

It really varies like Josh said. I had a mexican sand, fix dents, and paint for 800 bucks. A body/paint shop told me it could run upto around 5000 so it really depends. Iended up with a good 5 foot paint job but defintly not a car show paint job.
