ok, well ive been doing my t top conversion the past few days and its almost done. except for one thing..The weather stripping doesnt lay flush with the metal on the car. Im worried about this causing a leak on the inside or anything. Will someone enlighten or help me? heres a "not so good" pic of what im talking about.

it's hard to tell from that picture, but i think thats the part you are soposed to hammer down flush, and then bend up for the wether stripping

no, i already have the weather stripping channel made...gimme like 5 mins and i'll get another shot of it from a better pov.

i see now, you just need to trim down the part under that weatherstripping so it fits better, or try and tuck that part in a little better
but no it wont cause a problem, just look kinda tacky flappin around with the tops off
