Black it Out or Clear it Out?

I am trying to decide whether I should go with black out headlights and turn signals or if I should go clear. Or even blackouts for one of them and clear for the other.

I'd vote Black turns signals, side markers and 3rd brake light. I generally dont like the 93-97 headlight blackouts

leave the headlights alone

get clear lenses for the blinkers then smoke em.
that would be soooo sick

I have a black '96 Bird that I'm looking into mods for...I always liked blacked out lights :D

The color is called Purple Pearl, I was thinking of something for the 3rd brake light as well as black reflective vinyl fill in for the Camaro on the back. I am really only thinking of headlight blackouts because of my bad luck of having my headlights hit by rocks. Also has anyone done any of these mods and would recommend the company they got them from?

Black looks really sharp, but when the whole car is black, even the lenses, i think it looks like crap. That being said, I say clear.

My car's black, so I'm not sure about the black lenses and everything. I used to know a guy that could photoshop appearance mods onto your car, gonna have to see if I can find him again. Anyone got pics of blacked lenses on a black car?

I might go with smoked lenses just because there are other parts of my car that is black and I think it will go well with those.
