How think are your stripes, how far apart are they, and if you got them painted how much did it cost? I have the same car except silver and I'm going with that paint scheme. Thanks!

Don't, I REPEAT, DON'T have them painted on. Too much hassle. Mine are painted. Trust me......, get the vinyl, if anything happens you can replace them easy.

That isn't an universal ability on this board.

Go with vinyl. It's alot easier to apply/repair/replace

What about spacing? I'm presuming that if I try to vinyl from the front bumper to the back its going to be a pain in the *** on the rear. I also presume its really difficult to do the berger panel like on her car? Blah, I got quoted at $250 for the paint job, is that a fair price?

                          Re: Kristen!

mine are decals. they are 8 inch stripes and 2 inch inbetween but they get a little closer at they get to the bottom of the bumpers.

if i had to do it over again, i would have gotten them painted on. but i will cost you alot to get them painted on.

i did get them from a local shop that i know. i just told them what i wanted and they cut them right there for me.

For 250, they're prolly not going to do anything but spray it on top of your clear coat. Remember, most shops want like 250 to paint the front bumper alone. Make sure you find out what all they plan to do.
