  • Looking into new wheels

today i went out to my car after classes only to find that my rim had cracked and wont hold any air... so im in the market for some rims

I really like Z06 rims, but the problem is they are so common. I found a color not many people have in black chrome, looks really nice compared to regular chrome! does anyone have a picture of a camaro with the black chrome c5 or c6 Z06 wheels?

its been really slowly losing air for a few months, i thought it was something with the tire, so i just filled it up every other week. turns out i must have hit a pothole over the summer, because when i took the wheel off, there was a small fracture on the inside of the wheel. when the weather suddenly turned from 80 degrees to 40 the other day, it must have caused the hole to get worse, and now it wont hold air at all

Check around and see if there is a good Chrome shop in your area, they should be able to do the black chrome. If you have a good shop near by, I would just go to WheelReplicas get a set of the polished 17x9.5 C5 Z06 wheels that they sell for $389, and have the shop black chrome them. JMO.

While I can agree that black wheels are a fad, I dont' see black chrome ever going out. Black chrome imo is better than chrome..purely amazing.
