they arent exactly black though, its kind of hard to explain the color of them... and i dont know how to link pictures, maybe someone could help me out

I think I know the ones you're talking about. They almost have a shiny graphite look to them. I saw them on ebay motors, but I can't find them now for the life of me.

Check around and see if there is a good Chrome shop in your area, they should be able to do the black chrome. If you have a good shop near by, I would just go to WheelReplicas get a set of the polished 17x9.5 C5 Z06 wheels that they sell for $389, and have the shop black chrome them. JMO.
