    what all do i need to power coat something myself?
    paint and an over?

    Abbott long tubes,homemade true duals,slp ram air,whisper lid,eibach springs,kyb shocks,BMR subframe connectors, BMR LCA reloc brackets,BMR LCAs. T-top/manual converted

        yea i heard you shouldnt use ur reg oven. usually on craigslist u can find ppl giving away ovens though

                  just looked through my eastwood catolog on the commode. They have several gun kits, one of which you don't even need an air compressor. and a good selecton of powders.

                    you need an ELECTRIC oven! Gas will not hold a temp consistantly. Depending on what you want done, it's cheaper to send it out. Plus, they will have more color options and you won't have to purchase anything. :tup:

                      i know over on fbody.com one of the regular members powdercoats stuff for a good price. there are probably people on ls1tech that do it also.

                        well my oven is electric oven so i could use my can't i because there are alot of things tha i would like to power coat and in my situation it is cheeper to to get the things and do it at home then sending it out. but let me know. thanks guys.

                          Just get an Eastwood kit then. Remember to have good ventilation while baking the parts. I did this (friends setup) to the LS1 brake conversion. Knuckles, calipers, etc. Turned out nice :tup:
