In the process of doing this right now. I found a set of better looking OEM lights for my car a few months ago, and I had the old ones lying around so I figured theres no chance of messing up the ones that are already on the car. Popped them in the oven at 200 degrees for about 18 minutes, and with a small amount of patience there was no trouble getting the lenses off as promised. So I'm at that stage, I'm going to paint black around the inside "chrome" part, and use progressively smaller grit sand paper (up to 2000 if I can find it) to clean up the clear outside lenses. After that, I'm using Novus Spa Scratch Removal Kit. It's going to be a lot of work I think, but if it turns out really well, I'm probably going to do it to the set that is on my car already and sell one of the pairs of headlights. I'll keep you guys posted.
