  • New Paint and Trany cooler

    Hey guys here are some pictures of some painting i did over that last few days. please don't be to meen it is a work in progress. soon the intake, TB, and valve covers will be painted the same blue that is in the pictures with silver trim. Also the altinator will be polished as well as the AC Canister of to the right be the Battery. but here is the beginning and a quick pic of my new trany cooler i just put in also. enjoy.

    And Here is the Trany cooler. Also the cooler was moved over about 2 1/2" to get that bar out of the way.

        Looks good , how big and what brand of tranny cooler is that? Looks good. Did you ditch your windsheild fluid res? I ditched my res. and mounted mine a B&M where the resorvior was, and with the front cut out and grill in place it gets plenty of air going through it.

          I dont really like the blue with the color paint you have on the car but doesnt look bad.

            thank you. the cooler is a 5" x 12" x 0.750" and is made by Flex-A-Light and is conected by -6AN steel braded hoses. ( i know you can see that just a full discription ). i put right above the air scoop in front of the radiator but now conected or laying on top of it. in the picture i know you see the support bracket i did move it over about 2 1/2" when i got it tied down so that big peace of metel is out of the way. now when i get my grill i might move it but i want to put a turbo on so i will need it for my inercooler. i am not sure how much it cooles the fluid but i am geting a trany gauge hopfully for x-mas i will be able to tell then. if you have any more questions let me know.
