haha thats pretty funny. hows your search for a tranny going? im just starting this conversion now...and im having trouble finding the right parts for it.
probably gunna pick up a t5 out of a 2000 camaro with 13k... for $700. and im doing the conversion because ive always wanted a manual, and i love doing big projects like this.
and about finding parts, you can probably get most of them off gmpartsdirect.com for pretty cheap(well relatively, i still spent like $800 there lol), thats what i did.

j/k :p Coming along nicely man. Keep us updated. I love sticks. Most of my family has autos, but I've always had a stick car; heck, I even have a manual clutch, 5-speed ATV :D
youre an idiot.
thats all i can say. the mans doing what he wants, to his car, to make it what he wants it to be.
this coming from a guy who spent countless dollars an hours in an attempt to create a truly unique v6 camaro (am i on the wrong site?) only to give up. then he buys a (ugh) ford, and disrespects everyone with his special rotating "stv" logo. its too bad you cant ignore a (who gave him this status anyway?) moderator... trust me ive tried.
foggy headlights? wetsand... buff... WAX!!! if nissan motorsports is nismo does that mean honda motorsports is homo?

who gives a flying fvck if he gave up and bought a cobra. look at your first sentence. it was his car and he did what he wanted. its not like he's the first guy in the world to sit back and say screw this pain in the *** car, demod it, and buy a car that has potential of desired horsepower he wants for 1/4 the cost of what he had in the maro.
he can mod the cobra to death, and there would be someone willing to pay 30k for the car still. last time i saw a turbov6 car for sale the seller got MAYBE 10k for it max. that doesnt come close to covering the cost of everything the dude put into it plus the price of the car itself.

look at his post in this thread. if he werent asking for derogatory statements then he shouldnt have started out with one. sorry id i offended your butt buddy, but hes the one sporting the ford logo on (last i looked) a GM based site, particularly after giving up on what had the potential to be a great project. besides, if it were about cost one could easily put a manguson supercharged ls series 6.0 in their f-body and make 750 hp for less than what it costs to buy (forget mod) a friggin rustang!
have we completely lost loyalty... or are we all about forgetting why were here?
