go to this site for the carpet. they will even send you little samples so you can make sure you get the right color. get the carpet by the yard. you might be able to get aways with one. i got 2. and had way more than enough. and yes if you get 2, they make it as one large sheet so you won't have splits.
Congrats! How much did they soak you for the short block? Do you know how much power just the new motor will give you? Maybe this would be an option for my convertible someday (if I don't go the Vette route).
why did u delete the rear seat to just put in a huge wooden box, i dont get it
Because I will be having two nitrous bottles mounted on it. I used to have just my one bottle mounted between the seats. With my two stage nitrous setup I need two bottles to keep pressure up and not run out right away at the track. ;) Remember I am spraying 125+ on this car and that sucks the nitrous.
Nobody sits back there anyways as there is no room with me being 6'7" the front seat is all the way back. I have another DD vehicle that I can take passengers in.
BTW the box will end up weighing less than the back seats and seat belts anyways.

it was lances old race engine so cost wise is less than them building a totally new one from scratch. However it is being torn all apart and everything freshened up or replaced that needs replacing like rings, gaskets and such. So it will be basically new again.
