One of the best and easiest appearance mods to do took about 10 min to finish everything ... what do you think?

Here's your writeup.. Plug ballast into your stock wiring harness, plug other wires coming out of the ballast into your bulb. Put bulb in and turn on.

I think u need projectors. Cops will fu*k me up if I ever put those plug and play in my camaro. If you can get around the cops, I think it's a good appearance mod at a cheap price. Oh btw, at night, all the incoming drivers hate your balls!

In fact it's a lower wattage.....which means less heat.....isn't it kinda a waste for the hid high beams???

^^ I had those. IMO don't waste your money, they weren't hardly any better than stock, so unless your doing it strictly for color, pass on that and get something better. Silverstars aren't the best imo either, but the ultras might actually put a little more light out.

I've had my HID's for a month now and have never been flashed or pulled over and I dont have projectors, You just have to point them down and away from traffic and You'll be fine.

if its lower wattage why do you need a ballast? im not an electrician but why the necessary equipment for a lower wattage bulb? i just dont see the lack of detrimental effects on the housings with the higher current draw.
