I was out washing the Camaro today and decided to move the licence plate.
I got the idea from somebody on here that they said they were going to move it to the side, so I decided to see what it would look like.
I've seen the license plate mounted where you are talking, but for some reason I don't like it. Something about a curvy plate mounted along a slope of the bumper that doesn't compliment each other. Just seems tacky in my opinion.
With it siting on your dash, once you get into some forward car crash, that thing will become a projectile of death. Unless you like your head cut off, I wouldn't even think of doing it. Illinois state law enforcers are starting to crack down on those who keep there plate on there dash with a nice 75 dollar fine.
My front plate is off, I got it tucked between my passenger seat and console, in case I get pulled over, I'll do the usual, "I don't have a mount, but I do have the plate", jazz.
