    Need some opinions

    Need some opinions on hoods... is the 3" SS hood to much for a v6 I like it but not trying to look ricey.

    3" SS hood








    Or the sunco style which I kinda like the sunco spoiler too so also opinions on it also.

    Sunco hood and spoiler.








    I have narrowed it down to these two what do you guys think?

    I think you should get whatever you think you'll enjoy more.
    Having said that...I think the 3' SS is a little too much for my taste but maybe if i had an lt1 or ls1, maybe go with a normal SS or a 2' on a v6. I also thought about getting the Sunco cowl hood.

        ....x2 the ss hood will compliment your car nicely... the large ss looks way to big, almost as if you only drag the car.

          The 3" makes it look like you've got a blower sittin under it (which you don't), and it just looks to tall. go with the sunco it looks really good!

            I believe if you do much more than a basic SS hood, you need some power to back it up.

            I think they all look decent though.

                      the 3 inch is to big...i saw it on a SS last yr but he had a ls6 procharged motor underneath so he kinda backed it up...stock style hood is big enough
