www.gmpartsdirect.com has them.

Go to rear lamp, combination lamps, tail light assy.

It will be cheaper on ebay or used from a forum like this though.

ebay would be your best bet. They typically go for around $300 on there. If you're not comfortable with that, then here are a couple other sites.

GMpartsdirect.com is the cheapest place that Ive found to buy them new. I think I paid $300 for the both of mine from them.
